职位描述

  • Degree holder in Hospitality, Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Experience in managing Grade A commercial property preferred
  • Member of recognized professional institution (e.g. HKIS, HKIFM, HKIH, CIH etc) preferred
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred
  • To assist in the day to day management and operation of the property
  • To formulate policies and procedures related to customer services
  • To supervise the customer services team and maintain good relationship with tenants
  • To monitor the performance of contractors
  • To review and monitor the quality of tenant support services
  • Good leadership, management and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
