Assistant Channel Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Channel Management:Responsible for managing contracted channel partnerships for CMLink Global Data SIM, including but not limited to channel information maintenance, commitment management, contract/renewal management, etc.

• Channel Development:Responsible for independently or assisting sales units in expanding new channel partners for CMLink GDS; providing pre-sales support (including but not limited to training, quotations) to sales units or channel partners.

• Sales Policy Formulation:Responsible for formulating CMLink GDS sales management policies, including onboarding, settlement, pricing, exit mechanisms, etc.; optimizing related business operation processes based on sales policies.

• Sales Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with sales units to achieve relevant business expansion KPIs; conduct daily digital monitoring and analysis of KPI fulfillment data for channel partners and sales units; formulate improvement recommendations.

• Market Competition Analysis:Responsible for researching industry trends (eSIM / Travel SIM), regional market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform product decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience; experience in the telecom industry, with eSIM products, or in channel development/management is highly preferred.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Confident, proactive, highly self-driven personality with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
• Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint; capable of independently drafting channel partnership proposals; possess solid data analysis capabilities.
