Job responsibilities:

Responsible accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), including invoice preparation, AR collections and following up overdue invoices
-
To monitor all expense and arrange all payment on a timely manner
-
To verify suppliers/sub-consultants invoices.

To perform daily accounting duties, including data entries, preparation of vouchers and payment and general journals transaction
-
Assist in preparation of management reports
-
Assist in daily accounting and month-end closing job duties
-
Coordinate with Project Team by monthly
-
Assists in annual audit and perform other ad hoc accounting assignments
Requirements:
-
Degree in Accounting / Finance or related appropriate discipline
-
2-5 years related working experience, Project Financing experience is highly preferable
-
Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge in accounting software (Accpac, Sage 300) is an advantage
-
Self-motivated, multi-tasking, attention to details and proactive. A team player who can perform independently and partner with business in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and problem-solving attitude
-
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Immediate available is highly preferred
