Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically handle the recruitment of office positions and frontline positions
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business growth.
• Formulation of C&B analysis and reports
• Experienced in handling staff engagement initiatives, employee issues, and workflow streamlining.
• Participate in incentive plans & reward programs administration.
• Be knowledgeable of Hong Kong employment legislation and best practice HR policies to facilitate the right people interventions for the business.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management
• 6-8 years or above solid HR generalist with at least 4 years at managerial level
• HR generalist with sound know how on HR practices & system and familiar with employment ordinance.
• Experienced in IT / App development is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in planning, designing and implementation of C&B initiatives including incentive scheme, recognition program, motivation mechanism & grading structure.
• Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
• Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and flexible
• Detail minded, self-initiative with good analytical, problem solving skills and multi-tasking skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR Manager.
