Art Director

We are on the lookout for a visionary Art Director to elevate our creative endeavors. In this role, you will spearhead the development of unique visual concepts and marketing strategies, particularly within the realm of social media. Collaborating with our skilled team, you will transform ideas into captivating visual narratives that resonate with audiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead the creative process from brainstorming to execution, developing innovative visual solutions for digital marketing.

Supervise the production of both digital and print artwork, ensuring high standards and consistency.

Generate engaging content that speaks to both client objectives and consumer needs.

Collaborate with designers to refine and enhance visual elements across various projects.

Stay ahead of industry trends to propose fresh and effective creative strategies.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and artistic integrity.

• Undertake ad hoc projects as required.    
   
   

Qualifications:

5 years+ of experience in art direction or a related creative field, ideally within agency or marketing environments.

Strong visual aesthetic and contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table.

Knowledge of social media platforms and a passion for crafting impactful digital experiences.

Exceptional sketching skills and hands-on experience with design and video software (Adobe Creative Suites: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro etc) or similar tools. Experience in using AI design tools will be a plus.

Ability to approach challenges with both creativity and practicality.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; agency experience is a plus.
