We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at Lacoste as APAC Digital Content Manager.

 

To support the acceleration of E-commerce strategy of APAC Digital flagships and marketplaces, we are looking for a Fashion enthusiastic Digital Content Manager croc to join the Digital Experience department based in Hong Kong regional office. She/He will be reporting directly to the Head of Digital Experience and be willing to travel all around Asia to always be ahead of trends. The APAC Digital Content Manager will oversee 11 markets: Korea / Japan & SEA (South East Asia). This role will be pivotal in driving Brand consistency, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting regional Digital campaigns through compelling storytelling and asset management.

 

Missions:

CONTENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION:

  • Develop and implement a regional Digital content strategy aligned with global brand guidelines and local Market needs
  • Attend Drive The Assortment Seasonal meetings to understand the key products strategy in order to start preparing the upcoming season (08 months prior season launch)
  • Project Management: Content calendar & Planning build to align with internal and Studio Teams to ensure prioritization of shoot is inline with Business impact and local lead time
  • Build an efficient E2E Process to ensure a smooth coordination with full business impact coverage for all digital channels
  • Place Product Sample Orders through each key buying session based on Markets needs & trends, follow closely production, shipment from suppliers to studio with strong track record process
  • Consolidate Markets needs on seasonal basis with key focus on Catalog content: Packshot, Worn Models, Animation & Performance

 

ASSET MANAGEMENT & LOCALIZATION:

  • Lead E2E Lifecyle Content Production: Creative leadership and hands-on production to deliver the best in class content through all online channels: Briefing, production, versioning, and localization
  • Leverage tools like Production, DAM systems to organize, tag, and distribute assets efficiently across markets
  • Casting briefing and Model Selection in line with Brand guidelines and Regional fitting strategies
  • Being on set to supervise each production shooting and ensure that the Asia Look & Feel mood is emphasize
  • Partner with local teams to adapt Global content for Regional relevance, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
  • Be ahead of Digital Content Innovation trends through regular business travels & push features into the Global / Regional Roadmap

 

TEAM PROJECT LEADERSHIP:

  • Key Point of Contact of all external vendors for the E2E project management & daily tasks
  • Build strong relationship with Studio / Production Agency to ensure our Brand requirement is perfectly understood
  • Work closely with Key internal Stakeholder Digital Merchandising Manager to collect the business requirement on seasonal basis: Catalog & Animation Calendar
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams at all levels ( Global, Regional, Markets) including eCommerce, Content, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Production and creative studios to align on catalog & campaign goals and timelines.
  • Regular support & Guidance through Procurement & Legal Team to secure IP and Budget topics
  • Coordinate on the IP International Rights with markets in order to extend the asset perimeter use according to assortment commonality

 

PERFORMANCE & OPTIMIZATION:

  • Run of Shotlist report to provide clear progression of shoot to all markets and Global Content Team
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools or external agencies to support and provide actionable insights to improve engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing and support SEO/SEM initiatives to optimize content visibility and effectiveness.
  • Monitor very wisely seasonal budget to meet target and conduct regular commercial negotiation with external vendors
  • Trackdown the Studio performance based on KPI's set: Delivery leadtime, Asset volume per sku
  • Explore ways to improve workflows & Tools usage on regular basis

 

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Min 5 years in Ecommerce & Project Management Roles
  • Strong 3rd Party Collaboration
  • Good knowledge on Content Management system
  • Proficiency in Korea, Japan and Asean markets
  • English Fluent both written & speaking
  • International Retail Fashion, Premium, Luxury Brands or Production Agency Background
