Air Freight – Operations Clerk

Job Description :

•   Handle full set of air freight shipping documents, answering customer enquiries ;
•  Customer services experience and good computer knowledge is preferable ;
•  Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements : 

•  DSE or above, min. 2 years’ experience in air freight forwarding or airline operations 
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
•  Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, active and independent
• Willing to work overnight and overtime 
• Immediate available is preferred.
