About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled developer to design, build, and maintain AI integrations, automated workflows, and RAG solutions to ensure our support operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy custom MS Teams apps, bots, and connectors
• Automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate, and other AI tools
• Integrate and maintain application with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Zendesk) and data sources

• Collaborate with IT and Service Desk to refine requirements and optimize processes

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in MS Teams development and automation
• AI knowledge is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure Functions or equivalent
• Strong skills in Python, REST APIs and JSON
• Hands-on experience building RAG
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
