AI and Business Intelligence Specialist (1-Year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate AI use cases across departments to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., automation, predictive analytics, NLP tools).
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that translate business requirements into actionable data models and visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems while monitoring the performance of AI models and BI tools for continuous improvement.
• Drive user adoption of AI tools and Power BI through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, staying current with AI trends and recommending process enhancements based on data insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI-related automation or BI analytics.
• Familiar with AI/ML implementation, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proficient in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experienced with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Python, TensorFlow) and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, LangChain), with hands-on coding in development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath), and data governance and warehousing concepts.
• Exhibits an open and collaborative mindset, leveraging creativity and innovation in problem-solving while effectively managing multiple priorities to drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Possesses strong analytical and communication skills to interpret data and convey insights effectively.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese), English.
