Agency Sales and Marketing Manager ( 5 days work $40,000)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agency Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving business growth, and enhancing our market presence.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Sales Strategy Development:* 
 - Create and implement effective online or offline sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
 - Identify new market opportunities and drive customer acquisition efforts.

- *Team Leadership:* 
 - Recruit,train and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals.

- *Client Relationship Management:* 
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
 - Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

- *Market Analysis:* 
 - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
 - Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

- *Performance Tracking:* 
 - Monitor sales performance, set targets and adjust strategies to optimize results.
 - Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in corporate sales and marketing experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
