Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily clerical work, operation data collection and travel arrangement

Prepare customer cash reports and handle calculation data

Monitor cash level in customers’ safe and arrange replacement for cash bags

Assist administrative and miscellaneous task
-
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
-
Diploma, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or other related disciplines
-
1-year relevant working experience preferred (experience in administration will be an advantage)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Mature, responsible, proactive, outgoing, well-organized and detail-minded
-
Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Proficiency in MS office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
