We are an international PR consultancy specialising in providing innovative and integrated communications solutions for clients from all sectors. To cope with our expansion, we have the following opportunities :-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office tasks and administrative duties
  • Schedule appointments and manage staff leave calendars
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with document preparation and filing
  • Liaise and communicate with our IT consultant to ensure the maintenance and fixing of computer systems for staff
  • Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Basic knowledge of IT/computer systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
