Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc;
  • Perform general accounting duties including data entries, document sorting, daily reconciliation, filing, and safekeeping of document files;
  • Prepare cheque payments and related work;
  • Follow up with client for A&R payment and  project update from time to time
  • Prepare and follow up the invoices and receipts, including debit notes to billing transactions
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned.
  • Handle project margin analysis report and salesmen’s commission
  • Ensure compliance to Company’s policies and internal control requirements
  • year-end audit and other ad hoc projects as required

 Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting/ related accounting qualification is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience, audit experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge
  • Well experience in Sage 50/ Peachtree software/Quick book
  • Hardworking, honest , meet deadline
