Accounting Officer (Finance Department) (REF:V-25-AO-FD)

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare and report the motor vehicle status monthly;
• Prepare the month-end report and financial forecasts;
• Provide financial analysis required by internal and external parties;
• Liaise with external parties such as Inland Revenue Department;
• Streamline the accounting workflow and assist file management;
• Assist in launching and improving the ERP system;
• Complete other tasks assigned by CFO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor holder in Accounting or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience preferable in service industry;
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Chinese word processing;
• Independent, Self-initiative, Detail-minded and willing to learn.
