Accounting & Administration Officer

About the role

KYRGYZ Trading (Hong Kong) Co., Limited is seeking an Accounting & Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in the Central and Western District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling a range of accounting and administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general accounting duties such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
• Assist to purchase or order on stationery, office sundries stock, or office amenities for general office
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
• Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC knowledge
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Willing to learn, well organized, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and fast-paced working environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
