Our client is a leading company in the field of artificial intelligence, now looking for a high caliber for the following position:

Account Manager (35K-50K)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives, decomposing targets into actionable steps to ensure effective implementation and achievement of performance goals.
• Spearhead regional market development initiatives, coordinate cross-functional team resources, and provide comprehensive support to business units in pre-sales and post-sales activities to enable seamless end-to-end process management.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and long-term channel partnerships.
• Conduct regular customer onsite visits, monitor distributor performance, and provide product training, policy communication, and marketing collateral support.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise and government sectors to achieve and exceed individual performance targets.
• Gather frontline market intelligence to assist marketing and consulting teams, and continuously conduct competitor and industry analysis.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance brand presence and expand professional networks within Hong Kong and Macau.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in local market operations and sales or account servicing within Hong Kong and Macau.
• Established network and proven track record of serving clients in government and enterprise sectors in Hong Kong and Macau is essential.
• In-depth understanding of business practices, culture, and regulatory environment in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Additional experience in Southeast Asian markets is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in AI solutions, audiovisual technology, or IT software integration is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese is mandatory. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
• Willingness to undertake moderate business travel as required.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
