Work you'll do:

Reports to the General Manager and is responsible for financial and management accounting, office management, human resources management and secretarial support to Company. The responsibilities include:

  1. Perform daily accounting and finance-related duties including handling daily accounts receivable and monthly payable.
  2. Handle full set of accounts.
  3. Collaborate closely with management and vendor to facilitate month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related issues with banks, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining effective communication.
  5. Support HR functions, including payroll calculations, MPF contribution process and Tax filing.
  6. Assist in audits and preparation of financial documents.
  7. Experience on daily AR/AP operations for Taiwan and Mainland China entities.
  8. Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and supply management.
  9. Liaise with external service providers (e.g., courier, maintenance, office vendors).
  10. Support ad-hoc assignments.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in providing administrative and finance support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, tax filings and payroll calculations.
  • Experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.

  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software e.g. MYOB, Peachtree, Quickbook or relevant ERP system.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
