客戶服務文員

職責 :  Liaise with customers for cargo shipment order, Follow-up shipment orders, track & trace, Coordinate with offices and agents, as well as maintaining rate system, Communicate with overseas agents, Monitor order status and work closely with internal parties to resolve shipment issues

資歷 :  中五程度; 1年經驗; 良好粵語; 良好普通話; 良好英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文

待遇 :  每月$16,000 - $20,000, 有每小時超時工作津貼$44, 雙糧,年假10天,銀行假期,酌情性花紅,牙科福利,醫療保險及婚假, 星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時及星期六: 上午9時至下午1時, 每週工作5天至5天半
