Summary of Key Responsibilities

• 推廣星巴克的文化、價值觀和使命。
• 透過及時的服務、優質的飲品和產品，以及保持乾淨舒適的店面環境，為客人提供不一樣的客戶體驗。
• 透過以客戶至上的態度行事並與客人建立聯繫，留意客人所需，並為他們提供獨特的客戶體驗。
• 遵守所有飲品及食品製作標準，為客人提供優質產品。
• 遵守星巴克的運營政策和程序，如現金處理和安全保障，遵守健康、安全和衛生準則，並確保每個班次期間所有分店夥伴(員工)的安全。
• 保持整潔有序的工作空間，以便夥伴(員工)可以根據需要定位資源和產品。
• 將信息傳達給分店經理，為創建第三空間的環境而在每個班次期間根據不同需要做出調配。
• 保持定期和準時出勤。
• Promote the culture, values and mission of Starbucks.
• Providing legendary customer service to customers through prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Deliver legendary customer service to customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer, discover and respond to customer needs.
• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, like cash handling and safety and security, follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines, and to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
• Communicate information to store manager so as to respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Summary of Experience

• 具備客戶服務或零售相關經驗，若有餐飲經驗更佳
• Some relevant experience in customer services or retailing, preferably gained from F&B
• Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• 具快速學習能力
• 能理解和執行口頭和書面指示，並在需要時要求澄清
• 具人際交往及建立關係的能力
• 喜歡團隊協作
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationship
• Like to work as part of a team
