【崗位職責】

1、公司採購物流成本控制和合規管控相關制度建設。
2、根據公司整體戰略規劃和發展目標，配合保障存貨資源，順利完成產品交付，確保指標收入。
3、全力配合要求，配合全球物流中心，完成各主機廠跟蹤、調度產品交付進度跟蹤調度，確保產品按期完成交付。
4、協調供應商、海外公司等針對長期存貨資源進行梳理、考核，調配存貨資源、壓降庫存，降低存貨風險。

【Job Responsibilities】

1、Develop and implement policies for procurement logistics cost control and compliance governance.
2、Support the company’s strategic objectives by managing inventory resources to ensure on-time product delivery and revenue target achievement.
3、Collaborate closely with the Global Logistics Centre to monitor and coordinate product delivery schedules across OEM plants, ensuring timely fulfilment.
4、Liaise with suppliers and overseas subsidiaries to evaluate long-term inventory, optimize stock allocation, reduce excess inventory, and minimize holding risks.

【任職要求】

1、語言能力：精通粵語、普通話及英語。
2、專業背景：本科或以上學歷，國際貿易相關專業優先。
3、經驗要求：
-1-2年國際物流企業工作經驗，對國際貿易有基本概念或認知。
-熟悉國際貿易全流程、海運物流管理，具備物流成本建模能力。
-了解海運費/燃油附加費/港口雜費計價規則，有大宗貨物國際運輸成本管控成功案例者優先。
4、技能要求：熟練使用辦公軟件（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。
5、素質要求：主動積極，抗壓能力強，具備團隊合作精神及出色的跨部門溝通與談判能力。

【Job Requirements】

1、Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
2、Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade or related disciplines.
3、Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years of working experience in international logistics companies with basic knowledge of international trade.
- Familiar with end-to-end international trade processes, ocean freight logistics management, and logistics cost modeling.
- Understanding of pricing rules for ocean freight/bunker adjustment factor (BAF)/port surcharges. Candidates with proven success in bulk cargo cost control are preferred.
4、Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5、Soft Skills: Proactive, resilient under pressure, strong team player with excellent cross-departmental communication and negotiation skills.
