Wash chicken wings, then soak up moisture with kitchen towel. Marinade for 20 minutes.
Heat some oil, fry ginger slices and scallions, then add in chicken wings and stir well. Add in some wine, and put in aniseeds and peppercorns and rest of seasonings. Stir well, then turn to low heat and cook until chicken wings are done. Simmer further until sauce is thick, then serve with a dash of sesame oil.
