Assistant Supply Chain Manager (Demand planning)

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including supply and demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination for FMCG products
• Oversee the PO process with the headquarters SCM team to ensure that shipments and outstanding orders are monitored and addressed to support sales opportunities
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to gather relevant information and insights for accurate demand forecasts (e.g., new product launches, promotions)
• Manage PSI to identify risks and opportunities to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and improve inventory turnover days
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and order fulfillment rates to achieve business objectives
• Prepare regular reports and analyses for management review regarding the business status

• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Demand Planning
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Logical thinker with strong numerical and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
