Assistant Lecturer (Korean)

Disciplines:

• Korean

Duties: 

• Conduct teaching and student supervision of related subjects as assigned by supervisors

• Design / edit / mark teaching & assessment materials including supplementary works

• Produce documents and attend meetings for quality assurance

• Take charge of academic and students activities related to the discipline and coordinate with the stakeholders where necessary

• Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by supervisors

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in the field of Korean language teaching or applied linguistics. A master's degree in the same or related field is preferred

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Korean language teaching, with a preference for relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level

• Preference will be given to candidates with a strong academic and professional background, as well as relevant professional qualifications

• Appointees should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
