Job Description
Job Summary
- Identify, transact and expand new residential business
- Manage and maintain customer relationships and deliver first-class residential agency service to clients
- Meet personal financial targets and contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank business
Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling and/or leasing luxury residential properties
- Create, develop and expand residential sales and/or leasing opportunities through personal networking
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, developers and purchasers
- Complete all transactions efficiently and professionally
- Update and maintain client and vendor database
- Prepare marketing materials
Requirements
- Degree holder with at least 6 years' sales experience in residential property
- Holder of Estate Agent’s licence is a must
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin and/or other languages are advantageous
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, confident and aggressive
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
