We are now looking for a Procurement Coordinator / Officer.

Your role
 

• Assist in sourcing & procurement works in the building materials field
• Communicate with manufacturers, organise product information, and track the progress of samples and goods
• Assist in sample inventory management
• Coordinate among internal & external parties to ensure an efficient and timely order process
• 5.5 days work (Saturday morning work from home)

What you need
 

• School Certificate or above
• ⁠At least two years of work experience, preferably with relevant experience
• Good command of both written, spoken, and typing English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office application
• ⁠Proactive in communication, good team spirit, organised and attention to details
• More experience will be considered as Procurement Officer
