System Analyst (Network & Security)

All systems analyst(s) (network and security) of the base number shall work full time throughout the Implementation Period in total at least eighty-four (84) man?months (of which forty-eight (48) man-months for Phase 1 and thirty-six (36) man?months for Phase 2) at the designated client offices. Each systems analyst (network and security) shall possess:

(a) a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent; (b) at least five (5) years of IT experience including at least three (3) years IT experience that covers one (1) or more of the following areas (viz., functional/speciality experience):
(i) provide specialist advice and consultation on network infrastructure;
(ii) perform quality control and quality assurance in network implementation; or
(iii) monitor and manage the network utilisation and growth; which the above functional/speciality experience (regardless of the duration out of the total three (3) years’ duration as mentioned above) shall have been earned in performing at least one (1) IT project relating to project involving IT security policy design and network design (viz. business/technology area).
