工作內容

職位優勢：

集團擁有多元化產業 長期提供穩定客源

專業培訓：銷售技巧及市場分析培訓

資源支援：甲級寫字樓辦公、客源配對機制、拍攝團隊支援

薪酬回報：底薪$20K 起 + 佣金提成


職責內容：

1. 推動客戶購買/租賃香港住宅、豪宅、工商舖物業

2. 分析客戶需求，提供專業置業方案及樓市資訊

3. 協商交易條款，促成物業成交，提供售後服務

4. 維護客戶關係，建立長期合作網絡


應徵要求：

- 持牌優先：持有效香港地產代理（EAA）牌照（營業員／代理）

-行業經驗： 港島或九龍（豪宅區）3年以上香港地產銷售經驗

- 主動進取：對銷售工作有熱誠，具抗壓能力及目標驅動力

- 溝通能力：擅長與客戶溝通，團隊深度合作意識


語言技能

廣東話、普通話、英語
