Supervisor, Supply Chain

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee all shipping activities, keep updating shipment records, and relevant information to other parties

• Support in work schedule planning and transport processes to ensure operational efficiency

• Handle all-around analysis on usage, volume, and trend of transport services

• Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors, and other relevant parties

• Implementing inventory control systems and processes to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory

• Generating regular inventory reports and dashboards for management review

• Perform other related tasks as required to support the team

What we're looking for:

• Higher Diploma or above in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines

• At least 2 years of experience in trading, shipping or logistics industry preferred

• Experience in handling shipping documents from Mainland /Oversea to HK and import to Macau is preferred

• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized

• Good in Microsoft Office Word and Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc), and Chinese word processing

• Good written and spoken in English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience can be considered as an Assistant Supervisor
