Leasing Officer / Assistant Leasing Officer / Leasing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Search, identify and recommend potential site according to the requirement of strategic site plan for the expansion of store network as well as lease renewals of existing stores
• Assist in implementing leasing strategies to achieve company’s objectives, and budget planning and control
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and analyze market trends
• Conduct analysis of identified sites taking into account of geographic, area demographics and sales potential to support the opening of new store
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth opening of new store and negotiate with landlord, management office to address property management issues
• Be responsible for all matters related to the existing property portfolio, including the rental renewals of outlets and legal compliance
• Handle leasing works such as preparation of leasing documents and reports, lease negotiation, etc.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Property / Facility Management, Business Administration, Marketing , Surveying or related disciplines
• Over 4 years' working experience in Hong Kong real estate and in leasing of commercial / retail properties
• Experience in managing sizable portfolio of retail chain stores is highly preferable
• Proactive, responsible with good communication & negotiation skills
• Independent, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer or Leasing Assistant
