Job Overview
- Perform accounting duties of Head Office and provide secretarial support to senior management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day accounting duties.
- Handle invoices preparation & issuance and follow up payments to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Provide secretarial to senior management including but not limited to calendar management, scheduling of internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, coordinating with HRA Department for flight and hotel bookings, expenses reimbursement, and other routine secretarial duties being assigned from time to time.
- Coordinating with other departments for billings and invoices.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- LCCI Level 2 or higher qualification (or equivalent) with 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or related fields.
- Candidates holding an Accounting degree with less experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrate attributes of timeliness, meticulous accuracy, and unwavering reliability.
- Experience in application of accounting software (e.g. ERP or SAP) is an advantage.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Immediately available / short-notice preferred
