Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle daily accounting entries, data inputs and filing
- To prepare journal entries, trial balance and profit and loss account and balance sheet
- To prepare payment vouchers and issuing cheques for payments
To reconcile bank statements and prepare accounting reports and/or other adhoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in financial accounting works
- PC skills including MS Excel & Word and Chinese Character input method
- Responsible and good self-discipline
- Be immediately available is an advantage.
