Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle daily accounting entries, data inputs and filing
  • To prepare journal entries, trial balance and profit and loss account and balance sheet
  • To prepare payment vouchers and issuing cheques for payments
  • To reconcile bank statements and prepare accounting reports and/or other adhoc assignments.
     

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Preferably 2 years’ experience in financial accounting works
  • PC skills including MS Excel & Word and Chinese Character input method
  • Responsible and good self-discipline
  • Be immediately available is an advantage.
