Job Description
What you'll be doing
- Arrange data from various source documents into the system
- Verify data and correct data when necessary
- Data transfer and data checking with high level of accuracy
- Handling client’s system enquiries
- Communicate with different parties for incomplete documents/ data
- System Testing when necessary
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or implementation role, ideally within the IT industry
- Experience of MS Office especially Excel (Marco is preferable)
- Detailed minded, Self-motivated, Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude, committed to delivering exceptional customer service
- Immediate available is preferred
