Job Opening: Product Officer

🛠 Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Manager in daily product management tasks, including product data organization, quotation preparation, inventory checking, etc.
• Prepare product-related materials and assist in coordinating brand and promotional activities
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide technical information and product recommendations
• Help draft and update product manuals, presentations (PPT), user guides, and other sales tools
• Support trade shows, product demonstrations, customer training, and other marketing events
• Assist in compiling competitor intelligence and market analysis reports
• Manage product demo units and testing equipment, arrange testing and maintenance schedules

🧑‍💼 Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in engineering, electronics, mechanical, automation, IT, or other related disciplines (STEM background preferred)
• 1 year or more of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Strong interest in drones, robotics, IoT, AI, or other tech-related products
• Basic technical literacy and ability to understand product specifications and workflows
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to read English technical documentation and write bilingual (Chinese/English) materials
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin

📍 Work Location

• Based in Hong Kong (occasional short-term travel may be required depending on business needs)

• Occasional outdoor work may be necessary
