We are seeking Seafreight Import / Export Operations Executive to join our team.

Seafreight Export Operations Executive

About the Role:

• Prepare export shipping documents
• Handle local and China truck arrangement
• Work closely with clients and warehouse for delivery schedule planning
• Process Tradelink declaration

Seafreight Import Operations Executive

About the Role:

• Process data input for inbound D/O or shipping documents
• Answering customer’s inquires on operations / documentation
• Compliance of standard operation procedure
• Lodging customs declaration

About You:

• HKCEE F.5 or above / HKDSE / Diploma graduate or above
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in freight forwarding industry

• For Seafreight Import Operations Executive,Experience in handling China truck and local delivery arrangements is required

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office applications
