Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle customers’ bookings and coordinate airfreight export shipments.

- Perform system updates and maintain Excel data records.

- Communicate and coordinate closely with clients via email, instant messaging, and phone calls in a professional manner.

- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Candidate Requirements

Education:

Holder of Higher Diploma or Associate Degree.

Candidates without the required academic qualification may also be considered based on relevant work experience and industry background.

Applicants with less experience or academic qualification may be considered for the position of Customer Service Executive.


Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or operation in the freight forwarding industry preferred.


Skills & Abilities:

- Flexible and capable of problem-solving;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);

- Responsible, self-motivated, and with excellent communication skills;

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;

- Immediate availability is preferred.

Expected Onboard Date:  before January 2026.

Monthly Salary: Negotiation
