崗位職責 Responsibilities

負責按照業財一體化整體規劃,推動具體事項的實施落地;
-
負責梳理並優化業財流程,並跟進需求落地;
-
負責收集、分析和整理業財一體化問題清單,制定解決方案,並跟進實施落地;
-
根據公司財務管理要求,負責制定業財一體化優化具體方案,並跟進實施落地;
-
配合上級公司完成財務數字化、業財一體化項目實施落地;
-
完成領導交辦的其他工作。

Promote implementation of specific tasks per business-finance integration plan.
-
Streamline and optimize business-finance processes, follow up on requirement fulfillment.
-
Collect, analyze, and organize integration issue lists, develop solutions, and track implementation.
-
Formulate integration optimization plans per corporate financial management rules, oversee execution.
-
Coordinate with the other departments to facilitate analysis and reporting.
-
Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
崗位要求 Requirements
-
大學本科及以上學歷,財經類專業;
-
具備較強的學習能力和溝通能力;
-
具備較強的邏輯思維能力和發現、分析問題的能力;
-
具備較強的數據處理及分析能力,熟練運用 EXCEL,具備編程語言能力者優先考慮;
-
工作踏實認真、有團隊精神與責任感;
-
具備航運公司財務數字化、業財一體化等項目實施經驗者優先考慮。
-
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
-
Strong learning and communication skills.
-
Excellent logical thinking, problem-discovery and analysis abilities.
-
Proficient in data processing/analysis and Excel; programming skills preferred.
-
Diligent, team-oriented, and responsible.
-
Prior experience in shipping industry financial digitization/business-finance integration projects is a plus.
