崗位職責 Responsibilities

• 負責按照業財一體化整體規劃，推動具體事項的實施落地；

• 負責梳理並優化業財流程，並跟進需求落地；

• 負責收集、分析和整理業財一體化問題清單，制定解決方案，並跟進實施落地；

• 根據公司財務管理要求，負責制定業財一體化優化具體方案，並跟進實施落地；

• 配合上級公司完成財務數字化、業財一體化項目實施落地；

• 完成領導交辦的其他工作。

• Promote implementation of specific tasks per business-finance integration plan.

• Streamline and optimize business-finance processes, follow up on requirement fulfillment.

• Collect, analyze, and organize integration issue lists, develop solutions, and track implementation.

• Formulate integration optimization plans per corporate financial management rules, oversee execution.

• Coordinate with the other departments to facilitate analysis and reporting.

• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
   

崗位要求 Requirements

• 大學本科及以上學歷，財經類專業；

• 具備較強的學習能力和溝通能力；

• 具備較強的邏輯思維能力和發現、分析問題的能力；

• 具備較強的數據處理及分析能力，熟練運用 EXCEL，具備編程語言能力者優先考慮；

• 工作踏實認真、有團隊精神與責任感；

• 具備航運公司財務數字化、業財一體化等項目實施經驗者優先考慮。

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.

• Strong learning and communication skills.

• Excellent logical thinking, problem-discovery and analysis abilities.

• Proficient in data processing/analysis and Excel; programming skills preferred.

• Diligent, team-oriented, and responsible.

• Prior experience in shipping industry financial digitization/business-finance integration projects is a plus.
