職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management (planning, execution, monitoring, delivery) for logistics supply chain initiatives.
  • Manage government/large institutional tenders: Bid preparation, compliance review, cost analysis, solution design, and bidding strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Analyze tender requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project handover/payment processes.
  • Prepare professional reports (using Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for both internal stakeholders and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in project management within supply chain/logistics or related fields.
  • Proven success in handling HK/Mainland government, public sector, or large corporate tenders (>HKD 10M).
  • Expertise in technical proposal writing and commercial negotiation.
  • Strong teamwork attitude and Result-oriented;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred;
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Chinese typing;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
