Creative Director / Creative Lead

About the Role

We are hiring a visionary Creative Director / Creative Lead to oversee and elevate our creative output across video, design, branding, and multimedia projects. This role requires a dynamic leader with a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of creative trends, and the ability to inspire a talented creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team in developing innovative and high-quality concepts for advertising, branding, video, and digital campaigns.

• Translate client briefs into creative strategies and visual executions that align with business objectives.

• Supervise the production of multimedia content, ensuring design integrity, storytelling quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative methodologies to keep our work fresh and competitive.

• Conduct brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to stimulate team creativity.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, budgets, and resource management.

• Present and pitch creative ideas to clients and stakeholders confidently.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, marketing teams, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Design, Visual Arts, Media, Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of creative experience within advertising, media, or branding agencies, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise across various media formats.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and storytelling skills.

• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team-building abilities.

• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
