Responsibilities:

Manage internal document.

Organize and archive engineering documents.

Provide clerical support in the QA Section (formatting, filing, scanning).

Monitor and replenish office supplies.

Maintain facilities and coordinate vendor support.

Assist with the Electronic Records Keeping System.
-
Support office renovations.
-
Check the location and condition of publications.
-
Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
-
Level 2 or above in five subjects, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics in HKDSEE or equivalent.

Proficient in common office applications (Microsoft Office Word and Excel)

At least one year of relevant working experience.

Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese.
