Responsibilities

·        Ensuring meeting company standards and customer expectations and upholding the company's values and mission statement.

·        Maximize sales to achieve store sales target and KPIs, identify areas in need of replenishment and order new products

·        Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action where necessary

·        Coach staff and providing direction including assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, training and setting goals for employees

·        Ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, keeping inventory levels at an established level and making sure all areas of the store are clean and orderly

·        Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements

·        Minimum 3 years retail experience preferably in apparel / fashion brand

·        Strong passion for working within the retail apparel/ fashion industry

·        A good team player, energetic, and service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Able to work on weekends and public holidays
