Inside Sales / Procurement Officer

• To handle Quotation, PO processing, monitoring and sales order management;
• To keep close contact with suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO delivery status;
• To maintain Quotation, PO, invoice files and related order records such as material, price, inventory and delivery records;
• Provide B2B account servicing and outside sales support.
• Order processing, monitoring forecast and inventory and daily operation.
• Provide assistance to the sales team on daily sales activities
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, order taking and processing
• To support logistics operations with warehouse & forwarders

Requirement:

• Good command of Chinese and English
• Responsible and detail-minded, and able to work independently
• Immediately available preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed
