Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Handle full set of accounts independently and to review the payment settlement, vouchers, monthly management accounts and schedules.
* Ensure timely financial reporting to management and responsible for comply with HKFRS and related regulations
* Handle the annual audit and year-end process
* Preparing annual/interim reports.
* Liaise with the external auditors, advisors and bankers independently.
* Handle tax filing
* Provides supports to operation and business related to financial aspects
* Participate in ad hoc and special projects if required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related
* Holder of HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA or equivalent professional qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in accounting or listed organizations
* Mature, self-driven, and able to work under tight deadlines
* Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
