System Requirements Analyst（IT SYSTEMS）

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s hardware, software, network systems, and devices;
• Coordinate the management of third-party SaaS systems used by the company, with the ability to draft requirements and coordinate third-party development and implementation;
• Maintain local and cloud servers, monitor system logs;
• Conduct data backup checks, provide regular data reports, and ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) data protection requirements;
• Execute leadership-assigned temporary tasks or other work.

Requirements:

• Based in Hong Kong;
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related disciplines;
• 1+ years of IT work experience;
• Proficient in cloud servers and SaaS systems;
• Ability to draft requirement analysis proposals;
• Familiar with maintenance of computers, electronic devices, routers, and network cabling layouts.
