萃謙集團健康服務有限公司創立於 2019 年,由職業治療師、物理治療師、護士及社工等專業團隊組成,為長者及有需要人士提供上門及機構復康服務、專題課程及相關支援。我們正在擴展團隊,尋找一位細心、有耐性,願意與我們一起成長的文職同事。
職位名稱 : 行政助理(Administrative Assistant)
💁♀️工作內容
- 一般文書及行政工作(資料輸入、文件整理、檔案管理)
- 與同事及合作機構保持良好溝通,跟進個案及日常查詢
- 協調長者服務需要與員工服務時間,支援上門及機構服務安排
- 協助整理發票、收款記錄及相關對賬資料
- 按需要支援其他上司指派之行政及營運相關工作
📖職位要求
- 中五或以上學歷
- 細心、有耐性,能處理重複性工作而保持質素
- 良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力
- 熟悉電腦操作及常用軟件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
- 具文職/行政/客戶服務相關工作經驗者優先
- 願意學習新系統及新工具(包括 AI 及電子化課程平台)
🕘工作時間
- 五天工作
- 星期一至星期五 09:00 – 18:00
💰薪酬及福利
- 月薪:*HK$16,000 起*(視乎經驗及能力而定)
- 年假 14 天起

About Us
CHG Health Service Limited was founded in 2019 by a professional team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses and social workers. We provide home-based rehabilitation services, training programmes, home modifications and related support for elderly and people with disability.
We are looking for a meticulous, patient, and proactive administrative assistant to grow with us.
Position : Administrative Assistant
💁♀️ Job Responsibilities
- Handle general clerical and administrative duties (data entry, document preparation and filing)
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and business partners, and follow up on case-related and daily enquiries
- Coordinate the service needs of clients with staff scheduling to support home and centre-based service arrangements
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment records and related reconciliation documents
- Provide other administrative and operational support as assigned by supervisors
📖 Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Meticulous and patient, capable of handling repetitive tasks and maintaining high work quality
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Proficient in computer skills and common software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in clerical / administrative / customer service roles is preferred
- Willing to learn new systems and tools, including AI tools and e-learning platforms
🕘 Working Hours
- 5-day work week
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
💰 Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: from HK$16,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- From 14 days of annual leave
