Assistant Investment Coach

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Investment Coach to support our investment education team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in insurance or investment who are interested in transitioning into an education-focused and advisory role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and support to students
• Assist the investment coach with daily teaching and student follow-ups
• Answer student enquiries related to basic investment knowledge
• Help prepare and organize investment-related materials and content
• Maintain strong relationships with students to enhance learning experience

Job Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of investments (e.g. stocks, funds, market fundamentals)

• Fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua (Mandarin)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance and/or investment industry

• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
• Experience in investment education or coaching is an advantage
