Electronic Engineering Manager (PRC Based, 45 minutes from ShenZhen)

Requirements:
 

• Degree in Engineering of Electronic or related disciplines.
• 7 years+ in NPI project management.
• Experience in project management, PPAP and Process Validation.
• Experience in MCU based product is preferred.
• Good knowledge in IoT or automotive product is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in the manufacturing process and IPC standard.
• Good knowledge in electronic products and regulatory approvals.
• Analytical, self motivated and work independently.
• Able to communicate with overseas customers independently.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• PRC station is required.

Responsibilities:
 

• Plan and lead project from NPI to mass production.
• Lead a team of engineers and drive internal cross-functional activities.
• Collaborate with Quality and manufacturing teams to develop process flow, fixture designs, DFM, PFMEA,      QCP, process validation and PPAP submission
• Review and approval on engineering documents.
• Review projects’ progress to ensure schedule and deliverables are on track.
• Telephone conference with oversea customer.
