Executive - Sales (1.5-year Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the production allocation for monthly orders
• Work closely with dealers on their monthly order submissions
• Process the order forms we receive from dealers
• Follow up with HQ and dealers about production status, delays, and shipments
• Contribute to internal planning regarding models, IMPACT, options quotas, etc.
• Prepare price lists and manage changes for the model year

• Responsible for invoicing of MB passenger cars

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Experience in automotive industry, supply chain and logistics is an advantage
• Accurate and systematic worker
• Skilled with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Able to work under time pressure and to strict deadlines
