  In this position you will…

…be responsible for business development on Life Agent and Direct referral channels to meet growth targets. As a key member of the Sales and Marketing team, you will work with the Manager and your team in overseeing and monitoring your respective channels’ sales performance and involving in marketing and promotion activities to drive sales. You will also be collaborating with the agency team of FWD Life to support tied agents in sales of general insurance products.

You will be responsible for…

  • Providing day-to-day sales support to Life agents
  • Sales results from assigned Life Agent Regions and Direct referral channels
  • Assisting the Manager on relationship building in Life Agent Channel
  • Involving in running regular sales campaigns, sales orientation, product training to boost new sales potentials from Life Agent’s pool
  • Participating in product development projects that fit for Life Agent’s clientele
  • Working with internal stakeholders to explore business opportunities through direct referral channels.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Degree holder with 5-8 years of sales and underwriting experience in general insurance, preferably with insurance company serving Life Agent channel.
  • Solid knowledge of general insurance products for both consumer and commercial SME
  • Experience in product briefing and sales training is a plus
  • Holder of the IIQE certification and/or possessed other insurance professional qualification(s) such as ACII or ANZIIF
  • Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills with proficiency in English and Cantonese.
