Leasing Officer

Minmetals Property Services (Hong Kong) Company Limited is a subsidiary of Minmetals Land Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  Minmetals Property Services (Hong Kong) Company Limited is inviting high caliber candidates to fill the position:

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the leasing matters for company’s property portfolios

·       Formulate and implement the leasing strategy

·       Manage the negotiation and conclusion of tenancies

·       Liaise with tenants, estate agents and external contractors

·       Prepare leasing documents and compile reports

·       Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenant’s fitting-out and refurbishment/revamping works

·       Conduct research and feasibility study

·       Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

·       Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or related disciplines

·       At least 3 years' solid experience in property leasing

·       Fluent Putonghua, proficient written Chinese, excellent English

·       Good analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills

·       Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
