Logistics warehouse Clerk / Officer

• To provide efficient, smooth and accurate services to customers
• To follow up Air / E-commerce / Courier shipments including booking / waybills preparation, receiver details verification and track & trace.
• To handle inquiries from customers via phone calls /emails & whatsapp.
• To support air export / import operation, warehousing
• To follow up data processing & related documentations for air Courier / E-Commerce export / import shipments
• Responsible for full warehouse logistic Operations from booking to parcel Delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full Warehouse Operations such as Goods-IN, Goods-OUT, Packaging, Labelling, Warehouse Management, Stock Control & Management, etc.
• Handle and prepare full set of documents
• Issue invoice to customers, agents, Co loaders
• Check and monitor the cargo status
• Co-ordinate with all related parties for shipment
• Ensure all Costs will be always controlled with the best possible rates & terms.

Job Requirements:

• DSE or above, min. 2 years’ experience in air freight forwarding or airline operations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, active and independent
• Willing to work overtime
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Fluent in English & Putonghua.
• Work location: Kwai Fong Area
